Exchange privilege

With your purchase of a Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned, we offer a 5 day/500 km exchange privilege. If your purchase is not to your complete satisfaction, within 5 days or 500 km, whichever comes first, we will exchange it for another vehicle of an equal or greater value, depending on your dealer's stock availability.

 

Roadside Assistance

A flat tire, a dead battery, running out of gas* - these are all things that life sometimes throws at you. Therefore it's good to know that Roadside Assistance is available for the life of the vehicle1 - and with a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle it is free for the duration of the warranty anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. A Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance expert is only a toll-free phone call away at 1-800-387-0100. The service is 24/7 and always prompt. We'll change your tire, jump start your car or bring you some gas. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, towing service will be provided to the nearest Mercedes-Benz dealership. [1]

 

Trip Interruption

If a warranty-covered breakdown occurs more than 80 km from your home and leaves your Mercedes-Benz vehicle inoperable or unsafe to drive requiring overnight repairs, you will be reimbursed up to $500 for hotel accommodations and up to $600 for alternate transportation per incident while your car is being repaired at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership.
